HUNTLANCER S.R.L. (“Huntlancer,” “The Architect”) provides a curated ecosystem (“The Network”) connecting world-class creative talent (“Members”) with premium brands (“Clients”). By accessing the Network or requesting a Dossier, you agree to these Terms.
Huntlancer operates on a transparent, network-first model. Clients may engage Members through two distinct paths:
The Managed Network Path (Subscription): Clients pay a recurring subscription fee for continuous access to view the curated Codex and request introductions. Active projects under this path are assigned a dedicated Huntlancer Talent Architect to manage project delivery, quality assurance, and creative mediation. Huntlancer does not take a percentage or markup on the Member’s project earnings; the financial relationship for direct project work is transacted directly between the Member and Client at 100% of the Member's rate, mediated by Huntlancer’s management protocol.
The Direct Path (Relationship Unlock): If a Client wishes to establish an independent, direct-working relationship with a Member outside of the Huntlancer subscription and project management framework, they may permanently transition the relationship to the Direct Path by paying a one-time Flat Transition Fee.
To protect the integrity of the Network and the value of our human curation, Clients and Members agree to the following protocols:
Active Subscription Requirement: Under the Managed Network Path, the Client may only collaborate, communicate, or contract with Members while maintaining an active, paid Huntlancer subscription.
Sanctioned Direct Transition: To transition a Member relationship to the Direct Path (allowing direct contact and work outside the platform), the Client must notify Huntlancer in writing and pay the then-current Flat Transition Fee prior to commencing direct work. Once paid, the relationship with that specific Member is permanently unlocked with no further subscription requirements.
Unsanctioned Bypass Penalty: If a Client bypasses Huntlancer to contract, hire, or collaborate with a Member directly without maintaining an active subscription or paying the Flat Transition Fee, the Client shall be immediately liable to pay an Unsanctioned Bypass Fee equal to 25% of the Member’s projected first-year compensation, or a fixed fee of €15,000 (whichever is higher).
Post-Subscription Restriction: If a Client terminates their Huntlancer subscription, they are strictly prohibited from directly engaging, hiring, or collaborating with any Member introduced through the Network for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the subscription termination date, unless the Flat Transition Fee is paid.
The Work: Unless otherwise agreed in a specific Project Statement of Work (SOW), the Intellectual Property of the creative output transfers from the Member to the Client only upon full payment of the agreed project fees.
The Network: The "Codex" aesthetic, the Huntlancer name, and the curated list of talent are the exclusive property of HUNTLANCER S.R.L. Any unauthorized scraping or sharing of the Network content is a breach of these terms.
Third-Party Trademarks: All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners. Mention of these brands represents past engagements by the independent creative talent and does not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, Huntlancer S.R.L. by those trademark holders.
Promotional License: Members grant Huntlancer S.R.L. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to display their name, profile photo, and past client lists on the public homepage and promotional materials to showcase the caliber of the Network.
Third-Party Assets: The transfer of Intellectual Property does not apply to third-party assets (such as fonts, stock imagery, or software plugins) integrated into the final creative output. The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any necessary commercial licenses for third-party assets requested or used in the deliverables.
Client-Provided Materials: The Client warrants that all materials, logos, briefs, and assets provided to the Member for the execution of a project are owned by the Client or that the Client has obtained all necessary permissions to use them. The Client agrees to hold Huntlancer S.R.L. and the Member harmless from any infringement claims arising from Client-provided materials.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe (or other authorized processors).
Termination: Clients may cancel their Network Access at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Project Survival: Cancellation of a Network Access subscription does not terminate any active Project Statements of Work (SOW) or relieve the Client of their obligation to pay outstanding management or project fees for work underway.
Member Removal: The Architect reserves the right to remove any Member from the Network at our sole discretion to maintain the quality standard.
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the Client prior to the renewal date.
Suspension of Access: If a subscription payment fails or is overdue, Huntlancer S.R.L. reserves the right to immediately suspend the Client's access to the Network, the Codex, and any active managed projects until the account is brought into good standing.
Stripe Connect Terms for Members:
Payment processing services for Members on Huntlancer are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these Terms or continuing to operate as a Member on the Network, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Huntlancer enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Huntlancer accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Huntlancer to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe. Huntlancer S.R.L. is not liable for payment processing delays, banking holds, or failures caused by Stripe or incomplete Member verification.
HUNTLANCER S.R.L. acts as an Architect and Manager. While we vet all Members to the highest standard, we are not liable for the individual professional negligence of a Member or the failure of a Client to provide necessary project assets. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the Client to Huntlancer in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The "Invisible" nature of Huntlancer is paramount. Clients shall not disclose the identities of Members or the specific details of the "Codex" to third parties without written consent from the Architect. Likewise, Members shall keep all Client campaign briefs, project parameters, and proprietary business data strictly confidential and shall not disclose or showcase any work-in-progress without the Client’s written approval.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from the use of the Network or the services of the Architect shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
