We collect data to facilitate elite creative matches. We do not sell your data; we curate it.
A. For Talent:
Identity & Contact: Full Name, email address, city, and country.
Professional Dossier: LinkedIn profile, portfolio URLs, and professional experience.
Financials: Hourly and project-based rates (used for internal vetting and client matching).
Public Preview Data: For selected featured Talent, we display limited, non-contact information on our public homepage, including your first and last name, profile photo, creative discipline, and a list of brands you have previously worked with. This is done strictly with your explicit consent.
B. For Clients:
Identity & Contact: Full name, company name, and corporate email address.
Project Parameters: Details regarding project scope, budget, and creative requirements.
C. Technical & Usage Data:
IP addresses, browser type, device information, and site interaction data (collected via Webflow and Google Analytics).
D. Pre-Submission Cache (Local Storage):
Instant Email Capture: When you type your email address into our "Request Access" field on the landing page, the email is instantly cached locally in your browser's local storage (localStorage.setItem("huntlancer_email")). This occurs before you click "Submit" to ensure you do not lose your progress and to recognize your device if you return to the gated directory. This data remains on your local device until you clear your browser cache or click "Change Email" within the platform console.
We process your data under the following legal grounds:
Contractual Necessity: To manage your membership in the network or to fulfill a service request.
Legitimate Interest: To vet talent quality, ensure network integrity, and communicate project opportunities.
Consent: For technical tracking (cookies) and marketing communications.
No Automated Profiling: We do not use automated decision-making, automated profiling, or algorithmic screening to evaluate Talent or match them with Clients. Every selection and introduction is curated personally by our talent architecture team.
To maintain the "Invisible" nature of our network, we follow a strict disclosure protocol:
The Public Preview: Only selected Talent cards (Name, Photo, and Client list) are visible on the public-facing homepage.
The Network View: Talent profiles (Full Name and Portfolio) are visible to clients via a restricted, password-protected link.
The Mediation: Contact information (Email/Phone) is never public. It is only shared with a Client once "The Architect" has confirmed a mutual match and the Talent has been notified.
Third-Party Processors: We use secure infrastructure to manage your data:
Webflow: Website hosting and form submission (USA).
Airtable: Database management and talent dossiers (USA).
Zoho: Professional communication and email (Global/EU).
Google Analytics: Performance tracking (USA).
We use Stripe as our primary payment gateway and platform-facilitated payout processor (USA/Global).
For Clients: Stripe securely processes payment and subscription details.
For Members: Stripe Connect securely collects and processes your banking information and required identity verification (KYC) documentation (such as government-issued identification or company registry details) to facilitate direct payouts [1]. Huntlancer S.R.L. does not store or have direct access to your full government-issued identification or bank passwords.Note on International Data Transfers: For transfers of personal data to the USA, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision for certified organizations, and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data remains protected under European Union standards.
Active Members: We keep your data as long as you are part of the Huntlancer network.
Rejected Applicants: If a creative is not selected for the current active network, their profile is retained in our internal database to be considered for future opportunities, unless deletion is requested.
Resignations: If you choose to leave the network, all personal data and dossier details will be purged from our systems within 30 days.
As an EU resident, you have the following rights:
Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Rectification: Correct any inaccurate information.
Erasure (The Right to be Forgotten): Request that we delete your data.
Restriction: Request that we stop processing your data while a dispute is resolved.
Data Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
Non-EU Residents: If you are a resident of the United States (including California), we respect your state-specific data rights. We do not 'sell' or 'share' your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by US state laws.
